This Erasmus+ courses is a short-term training opportunity designed for teachers and educational staff, fully aligned with Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals!
Across the world, many learners face exclusion from education due to disability, race, language barriers, religion, gender, or poverty. Teachers play a key role in creating inclusive classrooms, but they often lack the practical tools and soft skills to make it happen.
This course empowers teachers and educators with essential soft skills, helping them become more emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and culturally aware. Participants will learn how to create safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments at any educational level.
Learning outcomes:
By the end of this course, participants will acquire a set of competences which are all necessary to sustain an inclusive classroom setting, at any educational level:
- Apply emotionally intelligent approaches to classroom management and student engagement.
- Project and build empathy among students.
- Strengthen communication skills for diverse classroom settings.
- Solve problems and resolve conflicts positively and effectively.
- Develop public speaking and presentation skills to deliver messages confidently.
- Cultivate cultural, linguistic, and social sensitivity.
- Build leadership skills and act as positive role models for learners.
