European projects offer powerful opportunities for educational institutions to grow, innovate, and expand their international networks. They allow organizations to share best practices, create impactful outputs, acquire new skills, and turn challenges into strengths.
However, successfully obtaining EU funding can be complex and requires a strong set of project design and writing competencies.
This practical course equips participants with the essential knowledge, tools, and hands-on experience needed to design, plan, and write winning European project proposals.
Learning outcomes:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the different EU funding opportunities available for educational institutions and choose the most suitable program.
- Master the key criteria evaluators use to assess project proposals and learn how to meet them effectively.
- Build strong international partnerships for project collaboration.
- Plan successful projects: from needs analysis and SMART objectives to designing activities, distributing tasks among partners, setting milestones, and planning for impact.
